Being in the window cleaning business for years all I see when I walk into a store, a restaurant, or an office building is windows. I have always understood the importance of clean windows and image for a business, but I was not sure how many others really notice.
I recently ran across (article below) an article talking about an experience at a high end restaurant and the turn off from, not only dirty windows, the overall cleanliness of the facility.
